During the two-day trip, Ms. Stefania graciously met with every employee at the Shenzhen campus, using words filled with wisdom to showcase the Istituto Marangoni’s world-renowned and unique ID. In addition, she pointed out the current challenges Marangoni faces, the global strategy for the next five years, and the feasible plans to support the strategy.

在5年战略计划里，她表示未来将朝着多学位的方向发展，增强各大校区校友的全球资源链接，加快职业发展的步伐，在教学内容上会呈现更多如元宇宙等元素的数字内容。
In the five-year strategic plan, she emphasised that the future will be focused on expanding towards a multi-degree direction, strengthening global resource connections among alumni from different campuses, and accelerating the pace of career development. Moreover, she mentioned that in order to offering more digital contents, the teaching contents will incorporate more elements such as the metaverse.

另外，她还特别提到马兰戈尼学院的香氛和化妆品专业是目前全球唯一一所开设的院校，在2024年也将登陆深圳校区。这极大地明确了深圳校区的发展方向，振奋了团队的士气与信心。
Furthermore , she mentioned that Istituto Marangoni is the only university in the world where the students can study Fragrance and Cosmetics pathways, and it will also be launched in Shenzhen campus in 2024.This has greatly clarified the development direction of the Shenzhen campus and boosted the team's morale and confidence.

同时，Stefania女士与深圳市福田区委书记黄伟和王丽萍副区长以及其他领导共同交流中意文化的内涵，并对在深圳打造时尚教育产业及职业教育进行了深入的探讨。深圳政府多年来十分认可中意合办学校的成果，这也是对马兰戈尼深圳校区的莫大肯定与支持。
At the same time, Ms. Stefania shared the connotation of Chinese-Italian culture with Huang Wei, secretary of Futian District Party Committee, Wang Liping, deputy head of Futian District, Shenzhen, and other leaders.
